"I've said for the past 3 books that I wanted to be a member of the Gallo family, and now after book 4 I still want to be a Gallo but I also want to be Bianca's BFF!!!! We've heard a lot about Vinnie from his brothers and sister, so I kinda already had an idea of what kind of character he'd be, but Bianca was a huge, wonderful surprise!!! LOVED HER!!!
I will say that Vinnie wasn't what I was expecting. In the previous books he was a playboy, womanizer who was just out for a good time. Which was probably true while he was in college, but this Vinnie is becoming an adult with adult responsibilities. He's having to step up his game to match his new adult life. I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised in how he became an adult, thinking of others before himself. Our baby boy grew up good!!!!
Bianca is his only neighbor on the 11th floor of their apartment building. They meet on the elevator as Vinnie is moving in. Of course, Vinnie effects Bianca but she's not going to let him know that! And, she has no idea who he is. Vinnie is intrigued from the get go and wants to get to know Bianca ASAP. What I love about Bianca is that she's her own woman. She doesn't need a man to complete her life, she's stubborn, independent, and isn't willing to drop at Vinnie's feet like she suspects a lot of women do. If Vinnie really wants her then he's going to have to work for it!!
The secondary characters are wonderful!!! The Gallo's are out in full force again, since they're such a close family. We get to meet the Hernandez family, Bianca's parents and her 2 older brothers. They are just as interesting as the Gallo's, with their own little quirks and attitudes. We meet some of Vinnie's new teammates, his coach, and unfortunately his stalker, Tracie. She's a complete nut job!!! Hated her and what she put Vinnie and his family through. Also, hated that, since she was the owners granddaughter, the coach and staff did nothing about her behavior!!! Don't want to spoil anything, but LOVED the way Bianca dealt with her when she got the chance!!!!!
This was such a wonderful book!!! The story flowed seamlessly, the characters were well developed, the relationships were amazing, and I got to spend time with the Gallo's again!! I highly recommend this book to everyone, as well as the 3 previous books in this series!! Can't wait for book 5!!!!!"

- The best by far in this Men of Inked Southside series, Chelle Bliss turns up the heat in this truly tender kind of love story with Hustle. It was hard NOT to love Vincent Gallo and his sexy ways and there was no way Bianca Hernandez could have ever resisted the self-assured rookie football player. From the very first pages, as these two meet and realize they are the only two apartments on the 11th floor, there was a definite spark between them.
The newly-professional quarterback and the romance novelist are pure gold together as they start to spend some time together, even as Bianca tries her hardest to keep Vinnie at arm's length. The fiesty latina and the Mama's boy have a fiery chemistry that cannot be ignored. Together with some wildly steamy and dare I say, erotic trysts, these two had me fanning myself as they find themselves falling for the other when that was truly the last thing on either of their minds.
Bliss creates the perfect setting for why Vinnie and Bianca have to become closer and it's a battle of wills to see just how fast he can break down her defenses and be able to claim her for his own. Theirs is a surprising kind of romance but was clearly predestined prodded along with the sweet help of a few well-meaning and endearing characters.
The Gallo clan together with the Hernandez crew is one helluva boisterous group and I found myself smiling as they are not all that different, just wanting what is best for one of their own. They all provide a ton of comic relief as their protective sides come out to play more than once.
I loved every minute of their journey and succumbed to the Vinnie Gallo effect right along with Bianca. You'd be hard-pressed to find anyone who could resist that incredible man. He is clearly the book boyfriend his girl could only dream about and write about and she deserves nothing less.
With the right amount of angst and true feeling, Hustle is a winner from beginning to end. I couldn’t wait to find out what lucky girl would catch his eye and capture his heart.
Vinnie never wanted a commitment until he met Bianca and she brought out his soft side and made everyday seem brighter. He is romantic, thoughtful, kind and takes care of Bianca when she is overworked and on a deadline. He was glad that Bianca didn’t know who he was and wasn’t impressed by his money and fame. She liked him for the man that he was, deep down inside. Vinnie’s close knit Italian family is something I can relate to and his nurtured upbringing has made him the man he is today. I love when he brings Bianca dinner, helps her with her writing, and always wants to take care of her. It is apparent that Vinnie likes getting his own way but with Bianca, he never pushed her and always treated her lovingly and reverently, as if she could break into a million pieces if something went wrong.
I love Bianca because she is motivated, hardworking and close to her family. She is funny, has a great personality and when she first saw Vinnie, she found it hard to talk to him because she was caught up in his sexy hotness. She took her time getting to know him and even though he came on a bit strong, that didn’t deter her from falling for him. As they became closer she learned that he was genuine, fun, a good listener, caring, and was always there for her, which made her feel cherished.
My favorite scenes in the book are when Vinnie stops by to see Bianca, shirtless (on purpose), and she is mesmerized by his muscles as he rubs his hand back and forth across his chest. I laughed every time this happened and I don’t blame Bianca for being in awe of him and his body. Their journey was uplifting, full of surprises and sexy moments, and one I will never forget.
